Getting back in

Anchor has no email server yet, so recovery is human — here is exactly how.

If you forgot your password:
Ask Mikele Summons II — they can set you a new one from the Team page in about ten seconds. You change it to whatever you want the moment you are back in.

If you forgot your username:
Same person — the Team page lists every username.

If YOU are the admin and you are locked out:
You own the deployment, so you hold the master key. Set an environment variable ANCHOR_RECOVERY to any long secret string on your host (Render: Environment → Add Environment Variable → save, it redeploys), then visit /recover-access?token=YOUR-SECRET and it hands you a one-time password for the admin account. Remove the variable afterwards.
